Traveling to Graz
By train
Graz is well connected with the rest of Austria and mainland Europe through its Main Railway Station (Graz Hauptbahnhof). From there you can easily reach the city centre by public transport (tram lines 1, 4, 6 and 7) within approximately 20 minutes. By bus
The bus route Vienna – Graz is operated several times daily at reasonable prices by Flixbus (https://www.flixbus.at/). In Graz city centre, Flixbus stops at Girardigasse, adjacent to Jakominiplatz. Long-distance buses operated by ÖBB Intercitybus (https://www.oebb.at/en/tickets-kundenkarten/oesterreich-europa/intercitybus) arrive at and depart from the bus stop at Europaplatz, next to the Main Railway Station.
By plane
Graz Airport (Flughafen Graz) connects the city with major international air-travel hubs such as Vienna, Munich and Frankfurt (https://www.flughafen-graz.at/en/home.html). It is located roughly 10 kilometres south of Graz city centre and is accessible from there by public transport via bus line 630 and regional trains S5/S6.
